Baby & Me Yoga

For parents and babies up to 12 months old. This class allows parents to focus on baby when necessary; nursing, changing diapers, comforting your babe, while also getting time to focus on oneself. Prices do not include HST.

MELT Muscle Care 

MELT is for anyone who wants to slow down the aging process and live better, and longer. For those in their 40s, 50s, and older who want to stay active, mobile, and independant - MELT is a must. MELT is also for active younger adults and athletes who want to maintain a fit, toned body and achieve optimal performance without debilitating wear and tear. Using the proven self massage techniques of MELT, this program will help to improve overall flexibility, posture, and muscle imbalance while reducing pain and restritcions that often being active over the years can lead to.

This program is an alternative to Yoga and more corrective in nature and suitable for everyone. It's time to MELT! Prices do not include HST.

 Chair Yoga

This class is meant for individuals who may have problems doing yoga seated on the floor. The postures are based from the chair rather than from the ground so the trouble of getting up and down from the floor is avoided. You get the support from the chair so you can so the postures with ease and confidence. HST is not included in the pricing.

Chair Fit 

A mild exercise program for those with limited mobility, chronic health issues, seniors, and the deconditioned, or those new to exercise. This class is based in a chair (standing portions are optional) and will include aerobic fitness, strengthening, balance, coordiantion, and flexibility. Blood pressure checks are offered followed by a 45 min class. Mee in the lounge party room.  Prices do not include HST.

Forever Young 55+ 

A 60 minute energizing and fun group fitness class aimed at men and women over 55. The class will incorporate cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, flexibility, and balance guided by an experienced fitness trainer. It will focus on low impact movementts and exercises specifically chosen to improve health, wellness, and vitality. Drop in is available but save $$$ by rbecoming a member. This class is now part of our Group Exercise Schedule.

Pilates - Whole Body Fitness

Increase body / mind awareness, develop core strength, restore postural alignment, create a more flexible and stronger spine, enhance balance, coordination and circulation, boost energy levels and reduce stress, improve performance of specific sport skills, improve the look and feel of your body....and so much more! Prices do not include HST.

Joint Replacement Program

The Joint Replacement Post Rehabilitation Program is specifically designed for clients who have recently had (3 - 9 months ago), or will be having, a joint replacement. Clients normally will have completed physiotherapy treatment and  have been advised to continue exercising. For those who have had surgery, the goal of the program is to transition you from physiotherapy to independent exercise. After graduation the program, you will be provided with individualized recommendations for your continued health and wellness.
