PROGRAM REGISTRATION
» On-going Registration: Fall 2010
Fall session starts September 2010.
Programs to be paid in full at time of registration.
HST will be charged to our fees where applicable.
Walk-in
(payment via cash, cheque, Visa or Master Card)
8:30am-8:00pm daily at our Front Desk Reception.
Phone-in Registration: for Fall will be August 31st.

» Curling Registration:
Please contact the Lakeshore Curling Club at 869-CURL (2875).
» Policies on Programs and Services
- Receipts will be mailed to those who register by phone.
- We reserve the right to cancel programs and/or change
class times.
- Classes cancelled by the Stadium may or may not be
rescheduled depending upon the circumstances. We do
not cancel classes for inclement weather.
- Programs may be paid for by cheque, Visa, Mastercard
or cash. Debit is not used for Public Swims or Skates.
- Registration accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. Some classes may be filled due to on-going registration.
- Code of Conduct: In an effort to provide participants
and staff with a safe and enjoyable environment,
inappropriate behaviour, foul language and
aggressive behaviour to other participants and staff
will not be permitted, as well as intentional damage
to Stadium property and the property of others.
HRM reserves the right to take necessary measures
including, but not limited to, suspension or
termination or enrollment and/or contacting the
police when any participant contravenes HRM
policies and/or by-laws.
- Waiting Lists: If the course you are interested in is
full, you have the option of making another course
selection or being put on a waiting list for the course
of your choice (however, there is no guarantee that a
space will become available). Participants will be
contacted only if a space becomes available.
- Returned Cheque/Declined Credit Card Fee: A service
fee will be levied in the event of Non Sufficient Funds
(NSF); Stop payment; or Funds Not Cleared.
- There are NO REFUNDS for programs offered at the Sackville Sports Stadium, unless the program is cancelled.
Only Non-Refundable credits will be issued if 7 days advance notice is given prior to the start date of a program.

Afterwards, no credits will be issued unless in the event of a medical matter (documentation required).
Participants will then require approval from an authorized Stadium Manager.
All non-refundable credits MUST be used within 1 Year.
- Prices for programs may change from season to season in
order to accommodate the number of weeks available to
offer an activity. Prices are subject to change.
- In order to qualify for the member’s price on programs,
the participant’s Annual Membership must be valid
during the start of that program.
- HST will be charged to our fees where applicable.
- There is an inherent risk in performing any physical
activity. It is the participant’s responsibility to
determine which activities and exercises are safe for
them, and to use all equipment properly. Although
Sackville Sports Stadium attempts to achieve certain
maintenance standards, The Stadium cannot assume
the risk associated with the use of these premises.
Therefore access to and use of these facilities in
entirely at your own risk.
- Protection of Personal Property: The Stadium strives to
provide a safe and secure environment for our members
and clients. We are unable to accept responsibility for
lost or stolen items. For the protection of your personal
property we recommend you do not bring valuables to
The Stadium and never leave your locker open or
unattended.
- The Stadium is a non-smoking facility. No smoking is
not permitted within 10 meters of the building.
- The Stadium promotes a scent free environment. We
ask that you refrain from wearing or using scented
products.
